Tony Riggs, an Education Market expert, is the CEO / Director of Sales for NeedThese. During the past two decades, Tony has been a constant fixture within the education community and is well versed in their technology needs and processes. Many of Tony’s current customers have been with him through this time. Tony has vast experience with federal, state and local procurement contracts such as 1GPA, Mohave and TCPN. Tony’s technology background comes from his service in the United States Marine Corps where he served as a technologist from 1989-1995.

Justin Woitas is the Chief Financial Officer for NeedThese. Justin is entrusted with developing and nurturing relationships between NeedThese and its suppliers, customers and financial institutions. Justin’s thoroughness and attention to detail has ensured that NeedThese and its customers have seamless and accurate business transactions. Justin also plays an integral part in maintaining the procurement contracts that NeedThese uses to allow customers to purchase technology products and services. Justin graduated with Honors from South Dakota State University in 1999.

Diana Loo, a sales and service professional, is the Logistics Manager / Inside Sales Executive for NeedThese. Diana has been part of the high-tech industry since 1995. Diana is meticulous when working with customers and understands the importance of clear communication to make sure the relationship prospers. Diana has extensive experience with federal, state and local procurement contracts that customers use on a daily basis. This helps cultivate a positive rapport with customers. Diana also manages the daily logistical operations pertaining to customer projects that are in the works.

Dr. Amy Dietzman 

Director of Professional Development

Dr. Amy Dietzman is an expert in professional development and curriculum. Amy has worked in higher education curriculum, K-12 curriculum, and was a high school English teacher. Amy currently teaches courses for the Mary Lou Fulton Teacher’s College at Arizona State University and serves as a content expert on numerous dissertation committees for doctoral candidates at Grand Canyon University. Amy earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Public Relations, a Master of Arts in Secondary Education, and an Educational Doctorate in Organizational and Instructional Leadership from Grand Canyon University. Amy customizes professional development solutions for NeedThese customers and creates professional development platforms for various educational curriculum companies that partner with NeedThese. Amy’s passion is servant leadership, leading change, professional development, and helping teachers and administrators to integrate technology into their schools and classrooms.

Jeffrey Yahner

DIRECTOR OF Business development

Jeff Yahner comes to NeedThese from the world of global Information Technology.  He’s spent the last 8 years helping creating the magic that moved GoDaddy from a young upstart in 2002 to an Industry Leader and Fortune 500 company today.  Mr. Yahner has been a solutions provider in sales and marketing ever since his days with Sprint working in the Marketing department as a Sr. Program Manager. There he learned the value of making systems easy to use and that easy usually meant an increased in the likelihood of system utilization.  His tenacious work ethic, love of technical gadgets and his encyclopedic knowledge of movie lines, makes him a welcomed member of the team.  We will rely on Yahner to expand our business development team and create the processes & systems needed for the future growth of NeedThese.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE Your duties and responsibilities may include the following but are not limited to:
  • Develop and maintain all PD documentation, both internal and external

  • Build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Coordinate and schedule PD training with customers
